"The owner replied to my post I guess she missed the part where her employee literally looked up a Brianna Williams in a different state. The state was California by the way. It's who you hire and how they act, the guy didn't even try. I suppose you also missed the part where I said I've paid in person at a different state farm office, your guy didn't even ask if I were a customer from your office he took me back as if everything was good and I could pay, then looked up a Brianna Williams from California. Maybe look at the state the person is from instead of assuming who I am Don't go here this is the most useless place I've ever gone to for help with anything. Stopped here to see if I could pay my insurance bill needed to pay it quickly before the 9th or my insurance will be cancelled. State farm is not open on weekends and the 9th falls on a Sunday. Walked inside and some dude tells me he can take my payment he looks up my name and pulls up a completely different Brianna Williams in another state and proceeds to tell me he can't help me because I'm not with his office and my fiance points out that the person he brought up isn't even me and that the person he brought up is not even in Florida he continues saying he can't help me because it goes by specific office when I had paid at a different office before"

"My starter went bad while I was away from my home in Osteen. I called for a tow and was sent a tow vehicle and was texted locations in my breakdown area that could handle repairs. I was given a 2 hour windows for a tow but the truck was therein less than 30 minutes. This was the smoothest experience I've had with a breakdown. Way to go Victoria Carosella"
